Why This Reference Exists
Idaho makes much arrest and booking information accessible, but the record is spread across agencies. The Minidoka County Sheriff's Office handles county law-enforcement records and describes booking sheets, pictures, fingerprints, and dispositions in individual arrest files. The Mini-Cassia Criminal Justice Center provides the Cassia-hosted jail roster and recent-bookings views. Idaho courts hold the later case history, while the Idaho Department of Correction covers state incarceration, probation, and parole.
This site gathers those official routes, search steps, and records-request details in one place. It does not copy the official records, publish a face gallery, or speak for the sheriff, jail, courts, or corrections department. Each charge remains an accusation until the court enters a result.
What the Pages Point Toward
The information is organized around the questions people ask when a name appears in an arrest story or jail record.
- The home page explains the Minidoka and Cassia roster, recent bookings, booking fields, photo requests, court path, and correction options.
- The Most Wanted page separates the Cassia wanted list from the joint warrant dataset and explains safe official confirmation.
- The Crime News page identifies regional outlets and shows how to move from a story to the MCCJC booking record and court disposition.
- Rupert, Heyburn, and Paul pages describe each city's police or sheriff route, local publication gaps, and county booking destination.
- State and federal links explain what IDOC, BOP, ICE, and the courts cover after a county booking.
What We Cannot Do
Minidoka County Busted Mugshots is privately operated and has no connection to the Idaho government, the Minidoka County Sheriff's Office, MCCJC, any city police department, the courts, or a corrections agency. It cannot release, hold, transfer, or locate a person in custody.
- It cannot confirm current custody, release timing, bond, or a booking decision.
- It cannot post bond, schedule a visit, send money, or change a jail record.
- It cannot give legal advice or decide whether a court or agency must release a document.
- It cannot promise that a phone number, fee, address, roster row, or outside link is current.
Only the originating sheriff, jail, police department, court, or corrections office can confirm an official status. The pages can identify the likely custodian, but the government record controls.
Search Partners
Some page layouts include search boxes operated by outside providers. Those providers set their own prices, terms, and result practices. If a visitor chooses a paid service through one of those tools, this site may receive a referral fee. That arrangement helps support the reference pages, but it does not give Minidoka County Busted Mugshots control over the partner's search, billing, or data.
Official county, jail, court, state, and federal sources remain the preferred starting points for a public-record question. A partner result is not an official Minidoka County record.
